Welcome to Understanding Infantilism. We have decided to move to a different domain and host (we are hosting this on our own servers because of concerns that there was unethical business practices. Understanding Infantilism works to help individuals and others understand the root cause of Infantilism. We strive to help individuals with personalized care and attention and answering everyone's concerns and questions in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, due to the increasing volume of visitors, it has become harder and harder for us to answer all the e-mails within a fashionable amount of time. We do encourage visitors to visit our Forums and post and questions, comments, or information they want. The forums are safe and secured, and are heavily moderated and controlled. We are trying to get more users to post on the forums as it may answer each other's questions.
Although we are not licensed professions (we are however studying psychology or other health related field), we have extensive background history and knowledge in the file dna have several clients that we work closely with. Currently, we have restructured our ways of helping individuals out. Since we get a large volume of e-mails on a daily basis, we have worked out the following system (see below).
The only credentials that we have at this time is an affiliation with the American Psychological Association, the Abnormal Psychology subdivision. Also, as stated in our welcome at the main page, we are in full compliance with the United States' HIPAA Act of 1993 which protects patient information and rights.
